Once you place an order we get alerted straight away and our team of pickers get to work packing your order for you. Once packed we pass it onto our riders and it's out the door on its way to you in minutes. We keep you updated every step of the way with live updates through the app so you can track the order to your door.

So what will happen if your order is going to be late? First, a member of our customer service team will reach out to you and advise of the issue and provide an update on when the order is likely to arrive.
